Xiaoyin, born in Beijing, holds a BA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Washington and an MBA from MIT Sloan. She spent 20 years in technology investment banking, notably leading China TMT Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong and becoming its first female partner from Mainland China. After retiring in 2017, she founded Lavender Hill Capital Partners. At Goldman Sachs, she took major Chinese TMT companies like Tencent, Baidu, and Alibaba public overseas.

Peng graduated from Stanford University with an MS in Management Science and Tsinghua University with a BA in Industrial Engineering. Before joining Lavender Hill Capital Partners in 2024, Peng worked at Goertek (00224.SZ) as Head of Strategic Investment Department and Corporate Vice President, responsible for Goertek's business in Europe. During his tenure, Peng led Goertek's investments in Scandinavian countries, the U.K. and North America. Prior to Goertek, Peng worked in investment banking for Bank of China International, J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs.

Henry Jiang holds a Master's in Financial Economics from Oxford and a BA in Economics from NYU Abu Dhabi. He joined Lavender Hill Capital Partners in 2023. Previously, Henry worked at China Renaissance Securities in Hong Kong on private financing and IPOs for Chinese tech firms including AInnovation, ZKH Group and Autostreets. He also interned at leading financial firms like Morgan Stanley, Macquarie Capital, and Primavera Capital Group.

Leslie Chen holds a Global MSc in Management from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a BA in Accounting from the University of Liverpool. He joined Lavender Hill Capital Partners upon graduating in 2022. Leslie has substantial internship experience with leading growth-stage investment and investment banking firms, including Bytedance Investment Division and Huatai United Securities.

Vera Leung graduated from York University (Canada) with a BA in Economics. She has over 20+ years of experience working in the asset management industry in administration, HR, compliance and financial roles. She has previously worked at international investment funds in Hong Kong, including Buena Vista Fund Management (HK). She joined Lavender Hill Capital Partners in 2024.
