Westwell Technology Seeks ChiNext IPO

On June 29, Shanghai Westwell Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Westwell Technology”) had its application for an initial public offering on the ChiNext board accepted.

The IPO is being sponsored by Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Underwriting & Sponsoring Co., Ltd. The sponsoring representatives are Wang Peng and Sun Ao. Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants LLP (Special General Partnership) is serving as the accounting firm, while King & Wood Mallesons is acting as legal counsel.

Westwell Technology is a technology company focused on the industrial application of artificial intelligence. Leveraging its independently developed AI and autonomous-driving technologies, the company provides integrated solutions for major logistics scenarios—including seaports, inland ports, airports, smart factories, and multimodal transportation. These solutions cover intelligent execution, operational coordination, and operational decision-making.
