September 23, 2026
According to China’s National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, Beijing Tashan Technology Co., Ltd. has changed its name to Beijing Tashan Technology Co., Ltd. (Joint-Stock Company) (hereinafter, “Tashan Technology”), indicating that the company has formally completed its conversion into a joint-stock company.
Tashan Technology develops artificial-intelligence tactile-sensing chips and related application solutions. Its tactile sensors are used by leading domestic companies, with products serving sectors including robotics, automotive electronics, consumer electronics, and smart home appliances.
In early July, Tashan Technology announced the completion of a Series B financing round worth several hundred million yuan. Investors included Taiping Innovation, Joyson Electronics, Lavender Hill Capital Partners (LHCP), Aoskai, and Pengling Group, among others.
At the time, the company said it had completed three financing rounds in recent years. Orders related to its tactile sensors had reached tens of thousands of units, while order volume in the first half of the year was more than four times that of the entire previous year. Its market share has remained above 80%, and it has established commercial partnerships with more than 200 robotics-industry supply-chain customers in China and abroad.
For data collection, Tashan Technology has this year established two tactile-data collection centers, located in Shijingshan, Beijing, and Qianjiang, Hubei Province.
